The 2008 Film4 FrightFest will feature six world premieres and 16 UK premieres during its five day run over the Summer Bank Holiday weekend in August.

Highlights include Clive Barker's Midnight Meat Train, Frank Henenlotter's Bad Biology and Alexandre Aja’s Mirrors. The FrightFest concludes with the UK premiere of Paul W.S. Anderson's big budget remake of Roger Corman's Death Race.

Other movies include the original Spanish version of Time Crimes, soon to be remade by David Cronenberg, and British horrors Freakdog, The Disappeared and Mum & Dad.
