Supernatural's creator and executive producer Eric Kripke has signed an exclusive two year pact with Warner Brothers TV.

Prior to creating the demon hunting show, about to enter its fourth season, Kripke adapted Tarzan for the network for a short-lived series. The producer has mentioned in the past that he is interested in creating a prequel to Supernatural, which would take place in the Old West and focus on the mythology which he has created for the show.

Kripke is currently overseeing preparations for the resolution to Supernatural's third season cliffhanger.
